Ok so I am going to update here in youtube for my progress I decided that I would do exercise in the morning before I eat anything because I have read that your body uses the body’s fat for energy therefore you burn more calories
So my things are 50 and I want to look good in skinny jeans

Day one: I completed the exercise but i couldn’t complete the last exercise the stretches I would stretch as much as I can.
Day 2: I completed the exercise I could now do the last exercise and I would now stretch farther than yesterday
